Target 20 believes in helping its customers as far as possible and follows a fair and transparent cancellation and refund policy.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within a reasonable time after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have already been processed or shipped by our vendors or merchants.

Note: Cancellations are not applicable for perishable or digital items such as downloadable content, online courses, or eBooks once access has been granted.

Non-Cancellable Products

Target 20 does not accept cancellation requests for items that fall under the following categories:

  • Perishable goods like flowers, food, or other consumables
  • Digital products (PDFs, eBooks, online test series, or video lectures)
  • Products that are already dispatched or shipped

Damaged or Defective Products

In case you receive a damaged or defective product, please report it immediately to our Customer Service Team within 24 hours of receipt. The claim will be verified by the merchant, and appropriate action (replacement/refund) will be taken once confirmed.

Product Mismatch or Quality Issues

If the product received differs from what was shown on the website or does not meet your expectations, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery. After reviewing your concern, our team will take the appropriate decision regarding refund or replacement.

Warranty-Related Complaints
